Do I need a special license to rent a tanker?
You don't need a special license to rent. However, the person driving must hold a valid UAE heavy vehicle license and, ideally, hazardous materials (ADR-equivalent) certification. If you don't have a qualified driver, choose our "Tanker + Driver" option.
What happens if the tanker breaks down?
Call our 24/7 breakdown line. We'll dispatch roadside assistance. If the tanker cannot be repaired roadside, we arrange recovery. For long-term rentals, if the tanker is off-road for more than 48 hours, we provide a replacement tanker at no additional rental charge.
Is the tanker insured? What's my liability?
Yes, the tanker carries comprehensive insurance. Your liability is limited to the insurance excess (deductible) in case of an at-fault accident or damage. The excess amount is specified in your rental agreement. You are fully liable for damage caused by negligence, misuse, or violation of rental terms.
Can I brand the tanker with my company logo?
Yes — by prior arrangement. We can apply removable vinyl branding for the duration of your rental. Permanent modifications (painting, structural changes) are not permitted without explicit written approval. Branding costs are your responsibility; removal at end of rental is ours.
Can I use the rented tanker at multiple locations across the UAE?
Yes. You control the tanker's daily routing. There are no mileage limits within the UAE. Cross-border use (Oman, Saudi Arabia) may be possible by special arrangement — contact us. We'll advise on permits and documentation required.
How much notice do I need to rent a tanker?
For short-term (daily/weekly): 24–48 hours is usually sufficient, subject to availability. For long-term: 1–2 weeks recommended to allow preparation, maintenance check, and paperwork. During peak construction season (October–April), we recommend booking in advance.
