Sales Executive — Diesel & Petroleum

Identify and develop new business opportunities for diesel, fuel oil, bitumen, and related petroleum products across the UAE. Manage client relationships, prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new leads in target industries: construction, manufacturing, marine, hospitality, logistics, agriculture
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits; prepare competitive quotations
  • Negotiate supply contracts and close deals; maintain CRM records and pipeline reporting
  • Coordinate with dispatch and logistics to ensure seamless delivery for clients
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends; achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
  • 3+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in petroleum, chemicals, construction materials, or industrial supplies
  • UAE market knowledge and existing client network in target industries is a strong plus
  • Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills (English required; Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu advantageous)

Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher

Coordinate our tanker fleet to ensure timely, safe, and efficient fuel deliveries across the UAE. You are the central nerve of our operation — balancing client requirements, driver schedules, vehicle availability, and real-time traffic to deliver on our 98.7% on-time promise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and optimize daily delivery routes for 25+ tankers across all 7 emirates
  • Monitor real-time GPS tracking and adjust routes for traffic, accidents, or delays
  • Liaise with clients regarding delivery ETAs and any changes to schedule
  • Coordinate emergency/priority deliveries; maintain dispatch log and performance reports
  • Ensure compliance with driver hours, vehicle maintenance schedules, and HSE requirements
Requirements
  • 2+ years logistics dispatch experience, preferably in fuel/oil, chemicals, or heavy transport
  • Experience with GPS tracking and route optimization software
  • Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving skills — ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam/Tagalog advantageous)
  • Willing to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends

Logistics & Operations
Tanker Driver — Heavy Vehicle

Safely operate heavy fuel tankers (1,000–12,000 IG) to deliver diesel, gas oil, kerosene, and other petroleum products to client sites across the UAE. Ensure safe loading, transport, and discharge in compliance with Hibernia Diesel procedures and UAE HSE regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre-trip 20-point vehicle inspection and report defects immediately
  • Load fuel at terminal/storage per procedure; drive safely per UAE traffic law
  • Conduct safe discharge at client sites: seal verification, sample draw, hose connection, pumping, and paperwork sign-off
  • Carry and use spill kit as required; complete delivery documentation accurately
  • Attend mandatory HSE training sessions; maintain vehicle cleanliness
Requirements
  • Valid UAE heavy vehicle (heavy truck) driving license — mandatory
  • Minimum 3 years heavy vehicle driving experience, preferably with tankers
  • Hazardous materials (ADR) certification or equivalent — preferred; training provided if not held
  • Clean driving record (RTA certificate required)
  • Punctual, reliable, safety-conscious; basic English reading/writing for paperwork

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct fuel sampling at terminals and client sites per ASTM/ISO standards
  • Perform field tests: density, water content, visual inspection, temperature
  • Coordinate laboratory testing with accredited UAE labs; manage COA database and quality records
  • Manage retain sample program; support supplier qualification audits
  • Investigate quality complaints per procedure; maintain and calibrate field testing equipment
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 1–3 years experience in petroleum testing laboratory or fuel quality control
  • Familiarity with ASTM/ISO fuel test methods; detail-oriented with strong documentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office; UAE driving license preferred; English proficiency required
